Plan for about 2 hours total including individual sessions, group shots, and image selection.

Shooting at your location adds an additional half hour for setup and a half hour for breakdown.

The number of group shots you're interested in will dictate how much time is left for headshots.

Yes! Whether you have 2 people or 10 people...the base package ($500/person) includes 10 professionally retouched images total that can be distributed however you'd like among your group.

You can split them evenly, give multiple images to certain people, or allocate them any way that works for your team.

Additional retouched images beyond the 10 included are $100/ea.

Yes! While small groups of less than 10 people are best served at my studio, I can bring a complete portable studio setup to your office or business location throughout the Chicago metropolitan area.

This option is perfect if your team is all in one location and you want to minimize disruption to the workday.

There is no additional charge to come to your location. It is simply $500 per person.

People are welcome to wear whatever they like unless you have a dress code policy.

For a cohesive look, consider coordinating colors and styles with each other. The more thought and effort you put into this will make your team feel more polished and professional.

Yes! For small groups of 2-10 people, I can schedule multiple sessions if your team can't all meet on the same day.

You can have people come to my Chicago studio on different dates, or I can do an on-location shoot one day and studio sessions another day.

This flexibility ensures everyone gets photographed even with conflicting schedules. Pricing remains the same at $500/person, but a minimum of 2 people must be scheduled at a time.

Final retouched images are delivered within 7 days after your photoshoot via email.

My system is able to email individual galleries to each person so that you don't have to distribute images yourself.

You'll receive high-resolution files in both full and square crop formats, ready for immediate use on your website, LinkedIn, business cards, and marketing materials.

Images are archived for 1 year in an easy-to-access gallery if you need them again.

I need approximately 5x10 feet of space with access to power outlets and 9-10ft ceilings for optimal lighting setup at your location.

A conference room, lobby area, or empty office should work perfectly.

I'll bring all photography equipment, backdrops, and lighting necessary to capture the images you require.
